  1. There is no infrasructure for that many houses / cars / people ie doctors, dentist, shops, roads, most important of all jobs people out of work will increase crime

    1. When did 450 become 600!? It will no doubt be a case of ask for more and get permission for what you really want! Madness.

  2. There seem to be no change proposals related to gaining access to this proposed new development without impacting traffic through the town centre. For new residents wishing to travel south or west it appears that all of their traffic would route through the town centre converging at the staggered cross road by the church. Current roadside parking permissions already creates a traffic restriction where the road narrows by “All Wrapped Up”. The cross roads is an inherent hazard. The outlet to the A16 opposite Hundleby is a Hazard already with little enforcement to reduce speeds on the A16 which leads to long queues leaving the town centre.
    The developers are not responsible for any of these knock on issues.
